The cleanliness of the shared toilet requires urgent attention!!! A poorly maintained sink and clogged shower detracted from the experience!!! Communication from staff could benefit from professionalism and politeness!!! Honestly, the hotel is not worth the price charged.

comfy room

Couple great stopover experience

The room was small but comfy and we got a lot of free bottled water which was clutch in the hot weather. The big fan really made the difference for a good night sleep after a long day.

It was a bit overpriced but still reasonable for what we got.

The family studio was spacious and equipped with all the necessary cooking facilities, including a fridge and microwave. It's conveniently located near Vauxhall tube station, making travel easy. However, the thin curtains allowed streetlight to penetrate, which could disturb sleep.

I stayed in a Family Room with Private Bathroom for 5 nights. The room was big and had a nice bathroom, fridge, and kettle. It felt super cozy! Plus, the view of Vauxhall Pleasure Gardens was a cool surprise. Only downside was there’s no reception, but the host was easy to reach if needed.
